With over 45 Years of industry experience, we analyze the performance of your home and help identify deficiencies that can be fixed to lower your homes energy usage and save you a lot of $$$. We promote healthy, comfortable, and sustainable lifestyles to our customers by offering retrofit residential energy efficiency plans designed to increase comfort throughout the entire home.
We employ Building Performance Institute “BPI” certified individuals and are also proud members of the Insulation Contractors Association of America “ICAA” and Building Performance Association “BPA” trade organizations

Programs We Service
Peoples Gas
Usage Reduction Program (LIURP) is a weatherization program that helps customers reduce energy costs. To “weatherize” your home, we would help make your home more energy efficient, which will help you save money heating and cooling your home.
Columbia Gas
Income eligible customers can use this weatherization program to identify ways to save energy and money and help in making the needed improvements – for free. It’s designed for customers who need to reduce their natural gas usage but can’t afford to make improvements.
First Energy/West Penn Power
The WARM Program can help you lower your electric bill and keep your home more comfortable in the winter and summer months. No payment is required for these services.
Columbia Gas
Income eligible customers could get a free home energy audit, an energy efficiency plan and up to $3,600 in instant rebates toward installation of recommended items.
Duquesne Light
The goal of Duquesne Light Co.’s income eligible Energy Efficiency Programs are to help customers, homeowners and renters, reduce their energy use and make their homes more comfortable while saving money on their electric bills through energy education and conservation measures.
